1. Where do you ship?
Here is the list of supported countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
2. How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Usually, 5 to 10 days. In rare cases it can take up to 30 days. If it takes more than 30 days the package will be considered lost and you will be refunded, or a second package will be shipped to you.
3. How can I know that you are legit?
You can send us an email, and we will give you the official french document that proves the registration of our company. You can quickly verify this document online here: https://www.infogreffe.fr/controle
4. What is your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will refund you immediately after we receive and check the items. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
5. Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes. We guarantee them for 6 month if the product is faulty, with a free replacement.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
When you place an order, you can still cancel it under “My account”>”Orders”>”Cancel” and be refunded in full, up to a certain time limit (which varies, but is guaranteed to be at least 5 minutes). Beyond this limit, you can still contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org asking to cancel it. If your package did not ship yet, you will be refunded for the total amount minus the credit card processing fees (around 1.5%).
7. Is there a VAT that will be added to the total?
No. No VAT will be on the invoice. The displayed prices are all tax inclusive.
